We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Liverpool. Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure the correct stock levels are maintained and report discrepancies.
• Monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing products.
• Drive initiatives to enhance safety and minimise workplace accidents.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Participate in inventory audits and troubleshooting.
• Maintain equipment and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
