Job Description

As an Event Planning Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring that every detail is managed to perfection. Our ideal candidate will have a knack for logistics and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of all assigned events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event success.
  • Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue setup and breakdown.
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure all details are executed as planned.
  • Compile and analyze feedback to enhance future events.
  • Manage multiple events simultaneously while adhering to timelines and budgets.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Event Planning preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event management or coordination
