Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Risk Management Consultant to join our Leeds office. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in risk assessment and management strategies across various sectors. Your role will involve identifying potential risks and developing comprehensive strategies to mitigate them.

Responsibilities

  • Lead risk assessment workshops with clients to identify potential financial risks.
  • Design and recommend risk mitigation strategies to enhance client financial stability.
  • Regularly review and update risk management policies to align with best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions for internal teams on effective risk management techniques.
  • Collaborate with auditors to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrections.
  • Provide insights into risk management trends and emerging risks in the financial industry.
  • Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to address risk concerns.
  • Maintain a risk register and ensure documentation is kept up to date.
  • Evaluate third-party risks associated with client partnerships.
  • Prepare presentations to communicate risk analysis to clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field
  • Master's degree in Risk Management or equivalent is advantageous
Experience
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in financial risk management
