Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections and repairs on various firearms and weaponry.
Utilize CAD software for designing new firearms and components.
Manage inventory control of firearms and ensure proper storage.
Train junior staff on firearms maintenance and safety protocols.
Stay updated with industry trends in firearm technology and safety standards.
Assist in custom design requests from clients and agencies.
Participate in team meetings to discuss production schedules and project deadlines.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is preferred
Advanced certifications in armory design
Experience
2-4 years of experience in custom firearm design and maintenance.
Technical Skills
Computer-aided design (CAD) software
Welding and soldering techniques
