Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Hotel Guest Services Manager to lead our front-of-house team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, managing hotel staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel.
Responsibilities
Oversee all front-of-house operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Engage with guests directly to enhance their stay.
Collaborate with other departments to improve service quality.
Manage payroll and schedules for the guest services team.
Implement strategies for improving guest loyalty.
Track and analyze guest satisfaction metrics.
Establish a system for receiving and addressing guest requests.
Promote a culture of excellence within the team.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field
MBA or equivalent will be advantageous
Experience
3-5 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality sector
