Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Bristol. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for guest service, and a thorough understanding of hotel management processes. Your main focus will be to enhance guest satisfaction, manage staff effectively, and ensure that operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the hotel’s marketing and promotional activities.
  • Maintain a positive and productive working environment for staff.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement necessary changes.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Conduct staff meetings to discuss operational updates and goals.
  • Evaluate performance and implement training programs as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in community engagement activities to promote the hotel.
  • Facilitate staff recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Review and approve staff schedules and payroll.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • MBA is preferable
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a hospitality leadership role
