Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Compliance Officer to oversee our compliance functions and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial regulations and the ability to implement effective compliance measures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all financial reporting practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Participate in regulatory audits and follow-up on audit findings.
• Advise on compliance-related project initiatives and assist in the development of compliance frameworks.
• Support the development of a compliance culture through communication and training initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Finance, Law, or a related field
• Professional certification in compliance is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in compliance or risk management within financial services.

Certifications

• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
