We are on the hunt for a skilled E-commerce Manager who will spearhead our online retail strategy. The right candidate will have a solid background in e-commerce management and experience with digital marketing, website optimization, and user experience design.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute targeted digital marketing strategies to boost traffic to the e-commerce site.
• Manage daily e-commerce operations, including product listings and inventory management.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve online shopper inquiries effectively.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and threats.
• Facilitate user testing sessions to gather insights on site performance.
• Implement SEO techniques to improve online visibility and search rankings.
• Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and logistics partners.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• MBA in Marketing is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce
