Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to develop new jewelry concepts.
• Follow established production processes and meet production targets.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in beading.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our jewelry line.
• Train and mentor junior beadwork artisans within the team.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but a passion for beadwork is essential.

Experience

• Prior experience in beadwork or jewelry making is highly desirable.
