Job Description

We are seeking skilled Machine Feeders and Offbearers to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role involves operating and maintaining machines used for clipping materials efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production line machines and ensure efficient operation.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines to minimize downtime.
• Assist in training new employees on machine operation and safety protocols.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Document production outcomes and report discrepancies to management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.
• Assist in stock control of materials used in the clipping process.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training or certifications related to machine operation

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role is advantageous.
