Job Description

As a Draw Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining draw machines, ensuring production runs smoothly and conforms to our quality specifications. Your experience and expertise will be vital to our team's success.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up draw machines to meet production targets.
  • Conduct quality checks on products throughout the production cycle.
  • Document machine performance and report any discrepancies.
  • Assist in training new operators on machine functionality.
  • Implement improvements in machine setup to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to rectify any defects.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights on efficiency improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Previous experience operating draw machines or similar manufacturing equipment
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in operating draw machines
  • Ability to read technical drawings

Languages
  • English: Fluent
