Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Zone Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products, while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets are met consistently.
• Monitor product quality and recommend process improvements.
• Perform regular safety audits and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Train and develop production staff, ensuring they have the skills needed for success.
• Resolve production issues and escalate as necessary.
• Manage production schedules and inventory levels to meet demand.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement new processes.
• Drive a culture of safety and efficiency within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years in a manufacturing supervisory role, demonstrating leadership success.

Technical Skills

• Lean Principles
• Microsoft Office Suite

Soft Skills

• Decision-making

Certifications

• Certified Lean Practitioner

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• SAP Knowledge: Experience with SAP or other MRP systems for inventory control.
• Robotics Automation: Familiarity with automation technology in manufacturing.
