Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including health history and physical examinations.
  • Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions or side effects.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to evaluate patient care progress.
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions, medications, and preventive measures.
  • Document all aspects of patient care accurately in electronic health records.
  • Contribute to team goals through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance nursing skills.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and families during challenging times.
  • Maintain and establish professional relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

Requirements

Education
  • Registered Nurse qualification (RN) or equivalent
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is an asset
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant nursing experience.
