Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for technical queries and support. This role requires troubleshooting skills, ensuring systems run smoothly, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively.
  • Document all support interactions to maintain a clear record.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Create user guides and training materials for end-users.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and IT security protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • A-levels or equivalent
  • IT-related degree preferred
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in IT support role
