Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Leading Customer Solutions Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with our clients and helping them achieve their business objectives. Your focus will be on driving customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer issues effectively and promptly.
  • Conduct regular assessments of customer satisfaction.
  • Support clients in optimising their use of our products.
  • Work closely with product teams to relay customer feedback.
  • Create documentation and resources for customer guidance.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within the customer base.
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve customer engagement.
  • Represent the customer's voice at leadership meetings.
  • Facilitate customer workshops and webinars.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • 4+ years in customer-facing roles
