Job Description

As a Client Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with their inquiries and provide effective solutions to issues.
  • Develop strong client relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Keep records of client interactions and update systems as necessary.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
  • Support ongoing improvements in customer service processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate with compliance to ensure all client interactions meet regulatory standards.

Requirements

Education
  • A-levels or equivalent qualification
Experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience.
