Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our York location. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on medications, monitoring patient health outcomes, and ensuring safe medication practices. You will be an integral part of our healthcare team, advocating for the well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Document any adverse drug reactions and medication errors.
  • Advise on potential drug interactions and contraindications.
  • Support patients in managing chronic diseases through medication therapy management.
  • Participate in pharmacy audits and evaluations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous

  • 1+ years in a community pharmacy
