Job Description
As an Industrial Machinery Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a variety of industrial equipment. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime in our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on all types of industrial machinery.
Assist with equipment installations and operational testing.
Document maintenance tasks and report any significant findings to supervisors.
Work closely with engineering staff to facilitate upgrades and modifications.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during all work-related tasks.
Collaborate in team meetings to discuss maintenance schedules and updates.
Evaluate and recommend replacement parts or machinery as needed.
Provide technical support and assistance to production staff.
Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools.
Participate in ongoing training to maintain certification and adapt to new technologies.
Requirements
Education
Relevant vocational qualifications in maintenance engineering.
Experience
Extensive experience in large-scale manufacturing environments.
