We are in search of a talented Data Scientist to join our Manchester team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics and experience in data analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform complex data into meaningful insights that influence strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data analysis plans.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Employ machine learning techniques to solve business problems.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processing and analysis methodologies.
• Mentor junior data analysts on best practices and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• Relevant Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in data-related roles

Languages
