Job Description

As an Oven Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring industrial ovens to ensure products are baked to perfection. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in a bustling production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial ovens and monitor baking cycles for various products.
• Adjust oven settings based on product needs and specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks and maintain records.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow hygienic practices and maintain cleanliness in the workplace.
• Participate in safety drills and comply with health and safety guidelines.
• Evaluate equipment performance and report any issues to the Production Manager.

Requirements

Education

• No formal education required, but certifications in food safety are a plus.

Experience

• Experience in operating industrial baking ovens is preferred.
