Job Description

As a Training Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the development and delivery of training programmes aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance. You will collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and ensure that training activities align with our strategic goals. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration of the training calendar and ensure compliance with training policies.
  • Provide coaching and support to trainers and facilitators.
  • Monitor and evaluate trainee performance and progress.
  • Analyse training data and trends to inform future training strategies.
  • Encourage feedback from participants to enhance programme quality.
  • Develop partnerships with local educational institutions for collaboration.
  • Create reports to present training outcomes to management.
  • Manage training-related communications to all employees.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree is an asset
Experience
  • 3+ years in a training role, preferably in a corporate environment
