Job Description

We are seeking a talented Stenciler to create high-quality stencils for a variety of artistic projects. This role involves collaborating with designers to ensure that the artistic vision is matched with precision and detail. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and a passion for street art.

Responsibilities

• Craft detailed and creative stencils for various art applications.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions to develop new artistic concepts.
• Provide input on stencil-making techniques and best practices.
• Educate team members on proper stencil usage and techniques.
• Participate in community engagement activities related to street art.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in graphic design or related field is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in creative arts or stencil-making.

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Vinyl cutter use

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with laser cutting technology: Hands-on knowledge of using laser cutters for precision stencil creation.
• Familiarity with large-format printing: Experience with printers that accommodate larger stencil projects.
