Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Tinware Lithograph Press Operator to join our dedicated team. This role demands expertise in operating and maintaining lithographic printing presses tailored for tinware manufacturing. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all printed products meet our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Run and manage the lithographic printing process for tinware products.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to press performance swiftly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with colleagues in the production and quality control departments.
  • Train new operators on best practices and machine operations.
  • Ensure optimal use of materials and supplies to minimise waste.
  • Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
  • Actively participate in safety meetings and suggest improvements.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Formal training in lithographic printing is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in lithographic printing or a related role.
