Job Description
We're on the lookout for a dedicated Game Room Attendant to join our team. As a vital part of our operations, you'll ensure that our gaming facilities are well-maintained and that customers have an enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing game room operations to ensure a fun atmosphere.
Monitor game performance and user satisfaction for ongoing improvement.
Engage with customers to create a welcoming and friendly environment.
Implement health and safety procedures to ensure the wellbeing of guests.
Keep up-to-date with gaming trends and provide relevant recommendations.
Requirements
Education
Higher education in Hospitality or related field is a plus
Experience
Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is advantageous.
Technical Skills
Cash handling experience
Knowledge of gaming trends
Soft Skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team collaboration skills
Advantageous
Experience in event organisation: Proven experience in planning and executing events within an entertainment setting.
Bilingual skills: Ability to communicate in additional languages is a plus.
