Job Description

As an Automated Teller Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the automated teller operations within our financial institution. The role entails ensuring that all automated teller machines are operational, secure, and compliant with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Directly overseeing ATM operations and ensuring all machines are operational.
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure security compliance.
  • Leading meetings with the teller team to discuss performance and operational improvements.
  • Liaising with third-party vendors for maintenance of ATM hardware and software.
  • Implementing new technologies or processes to streamline automated teller operations.
  • Writing reports to track cash management and identify discrepancies.
  • Engaging with customers to gather feedback on their ATM experience and implement changes as necessary.
  • Using data analytics to monitor transaction patterns and reduce downtime.
  • Conducting staff performance reviews and providing feedback.
  • Participating in budget planning related to the operational costs of ATM services.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in automated teller operations
