We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Manager to optimise our supply chain operations in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for logistics and a proven track record in managing end-to-end supply chain processes. You will lead a team and work closely with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Forecast supply chain needs and manage sourcing strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to customers.
• Track and report on inventory metrics.
• Establish solid relationships with vendors and key stakeholders.
• Utilise data analytics to drive decision-making in supply chain improvements.
• Support the development of a sustainable supply chain model.
• Manage budget and financial forecasting for the supply chain department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• MBA or advanced degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles
