Job Description

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will oversee logistics operations and ensure the smooth flow of materials in our supply chain processes. Your role is vital in coordinating between suppliers, transporters, and production to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire supply chain cycle from procurement to delivery.
• Coordinate with transport companies to optimize shipping processes.
• Ensure timely resolving of supply chain disruptions.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.
• Draft and implement supply chain policies and procedures.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost management.
• Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business or related fields
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain coordination

Technical Skills

• Logistics Management Software
• Project Management Tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations

Languages

• English: Fluent
