Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting IT systems, ensuring a seamless operation for all users. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with network administration, and provide exceptional support to our staff.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and escalate unresolved issues to senior staff.
  • Maintain data backups and recovery processes.

Requirements

Education

Experience
  • 1+ years of hands-on IT experience
