Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Support patient education initiatives around health promotion and disease prevention.
• Respond to patient needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain professional relationships with patients and their families.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and standards.
• Engage in clinical audits and performance evaluations to improve patient care.
• Assist with training new nursing staff and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Experience

• At least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting

• Wound Care Management
• Patient Education

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR): Experience using EHR systems in clinical practice.
• Fluency in a second language: Ability to communicate in another language is a plus.
