Job Description

Fleet Solutions UK Ltd. is looking for a diligent Fleet Management Coordinator to oversee vehicle operations in Stevenage. The successful candidate will manage fleet scheduling, maintenance, and compliance to ensure peak operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily fleet management activities, ensuring effective resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations concerning fleet operations.
  • Track and record fleet expenditures and assist in budget preparation.
  • Research and recommend improvements in fleet management software and systems.
  • Conduct audits of fleet documentation and compliance records to maintain integrity.
  • Facilitate communication between drivers, management, and external partners for effective operations.
  • Assist in fleet acquisition and disposal processes to align with company goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in fleet management or logistics
