Job Description

We are seeking a Fleet Operations Planner to optimize our logistics processes and enhance fleet efficiency. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating fleet operations, ensuring the timely delivery of services while managing resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics planning to optimize routes and delivery schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections of fleet vehicles to maintain operational integrity.
• Collaborate with IT to develop tools for real-time fleet tracking.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators for fleet operations.
• Assist in budgeting and cost analysis for fleet-related expenses.
• Work closely with the procurement team to manage vehicle acquisition.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or similar
• Master's degree in relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in transportation or fleet management

Technical Skills

• Geographical Information Systems (GIS)
• Project Management Software

• Negotiation Skills
• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT)
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
