Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Refueling Ramp Supervisor to manage all refueling operations on our premises. This pivotal role will require strong leadership skills to handle a dedicated team, ensuring that all safety protocols are strictly followed while maintaining efficiency in our processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily refueling schedules and staff assignments.
  • Adhere to safety protocols while handling and storing fuels.
  • Maintain oversight on equipment inspections and maintenance.
  • Document and report any operational incidents or discrepancies.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Actively participate in safety briefings and compliance meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with both crew and management.
  • Implement strategies for operational improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in aviation refueling or related field with a supervisory role preferred.
