Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Shingle Cutter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting and shaping shingles for various roofing projects. Attention to detail and precision are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Cut and shape shingles for roofing projects in accordance with specifications.
• Manage inventory of shingle materials and report shortages.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Prepare detailed reports on production output and quality control checks.
• Train and mentor junior operators on best practices.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies for cutting processes.

Requirements

Education

• No specific qualifications required, but relevant certifications in roofing or carpentry would be advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a shingle cutter or in a similar role.
