We are seeking a dynamic E-commerce Manager to lead our online retail strategies. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the e-commerce strategy.

  • Enhance customer journey from browsing to checkout.
  • Explore new technologies to enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Train and support staff in e-commerce best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and objectives.
  • Prepare presentations for upper management on sales performance.
  • Maintain a competitive awareness to improve e-commerce strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management or related fields
