As part of our engineering team, the Mechanical Engineer will focus on designing mechanical products and systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes.
Responsibilities
Coordinate operational tasks within the healthcare facility to ensure smooth functioning.
Support the Director of Operations in strategic planning and implementation.
Utilise healthcare management software for effective administration.
Address patient complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and best practices.
Prepare training and orientation materials for new staff.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is a plus
