Job Description

As a Therapeutic Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' developmental and rehabilitative needs. You will assess individual client requirements, design treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions that promote recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to guide therapy interventions.
  • Develop and implement effective therapy plans that address specific client needs.
  • Liaise with other health care providers to ensure cohesive care.
  • Keep precise records of therapy sessions and client progress.
  • Provide education to clients and families on therapeutic techniques.
  • Adapt therapy methods to enhance effectiveness and client comfort.
  • Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related field
  • Master’s degree in Therapy is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a therapeutic setting
