Job Description

As an Insurance Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims to ensure clients receive timely and accurate service. You will assess claims, interact with clients, and maintain accurate records to facilitate smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate insurance claims for completeness and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain the claims process.
  • Work with external parties to gather additional information when necessary.
  • Identify fraudulent claims and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform administrative duties related to claims processing.
  • Provide support for audits and internal reviews.
  • Stay informed about changes in policies affecting claims handling.

Education
