Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our team in Cardiff. As a key player in our IT department, you will provide exceptional technical support to ensure that our systems run efficiently. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with user support, and maintaining our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical problems reported by users with a focus on quick turnaround times.
• Assist in the management of IT inventory and procurement of equipment.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends relevant to the organisation.
• Build relationships with team members and communicate efficiently across the organisation.
• Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant degree in IT or Computer Science
• Additional qualifications in IT support are a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years in a similar support role

• MAC OS
