Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Bristol-based team. Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through to execution.
• Analyze competitor products and identify usability issues.
• Create user personas and journey maps to define user needs.
• Facilitate workshops to gather user insights and feedback.
• Collaborate on marketing materials to ensure alignment with design.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to team brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree in Design is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio

• Certified Usability Analyst
