Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, advising patients on health issues, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Dispense and counsel patients on prescription and over-the-counter medications.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams for optimal patient care outcomes.
• Educate patients on lifestyle changes and health management.
• Conduct medication reviews and adjust therapy as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in all pharmacy operations.
• Monitor for drug interactions and contraindications.
• Contribute to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Support inventory management through data analysis.
• Engage in continuous education and professional development.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Pharm.D. preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of pharmacy experience desired

• Medication therapy management

Certifications

• CPD Certification
• Additional pharmacy-related certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent
