Job Description

As a Veterinary Technician at Animal Care Group, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our veterinary clinic. Your responsibilities will include assisting with surgeries, conducting diagnostic tests, and providing nurturing care to animals. We are looking for someone with previous experience and a strong commitment to animal welfare.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional care to animals before, during, and after veterinary procedures.
  • Conduct health checks and assess the well-being of animals.
  • Guide pet owners through post-operative care and pet health maintenance.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with health standards.
  • Participate in continuous education and training to improve skills.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for veterinary medications and supplies.
  • Support the administrative staff in scheduling appointments and managing calls.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Veterinary Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a veterinary setting
