Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Packaging and Filling Machine Operators to join our growing team. As part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient manufacture and maintenance of various packaging and filling systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of filling machines ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct inspections to verify the quality of packaged products.
• Assist in training new employees on safe machine operations.
• Document production and maintenance logs accurately.
• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Collaborate with quality control personnel to maintain product standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions.
• Prepare equipment for scheduled maintenance.
• Assist in inventory management of packaging materials.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training or apprenticeship is preferred.

Experience

• Experience in operating belt fabrication equipment is a plus.
