Job Description

An experienced Loss Prevention Manager is required to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and safeguard company assets. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of loss prevention strategies across multiple locations.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing processes for security and safety.
  • Conduct investigations into theft incidents and develop preventative measures.
  • Work closely with store management to implement loss prevention tactics.
  • Prepare training materials and conduct sessions for employees.
  • Draft reports detailing loss prevention efforts and outcomes.
  • Engage with staff and customers to promote a culture of safety.
  • Monitor and analyze trends in loss prevention data.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on employee-related issues.
  • Assist in developing budgets for loss prevention initiatives.
