Job Description

As a Food Cooking Machine Operator, you will be integral to our meal preparation team, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will follow recipes and guidelines provided by the kitchen manager, efficiently preparing and packaging food items.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pre-cooked meals according to established recipes.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Monitor cooking processes and adjust as necessary.
• Maintain hygienic kitchen standards and cleanliness.
• Assist in team training and onboarding new staff.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Contribute ideas for improving efficiency in the kitchen.
• Engage in ongoing development and training opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Food Science or relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
