Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee our logistics operations in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supply chain processes, optimising inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain efficient logistics and transportation systems.
• Conduct regular audits of supply chain processes to ensure compliance.
• Provide insights and reports on logistics performance metrics to senior management.
• Negotiate contracts with freight carriers and other service providers.
• Collaborate with IT department on logistics software implementation and upgrades.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Operations Management

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics management

Certifications

• Institute of Logistics and Transport (ILT) Qualification

Languages

• English: Fluent
