As a Logistics Strategy Manager based in Birmingham, you will lead strategic initiatives aimed at driving operational efficiencies within our logistics operations. This role requires a strong focus on data analysis and supply chain strategy to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Strategise and refine logistics operations for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgeting and expenditure related to logistics and transportation.
• Monitor supply chain performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Develop training programs for staff on logistics processes and best practices.
• Liaise with customers to understand their logistics requirements and ensure service delivery.
• Implement software solutions that enhance logistics tracking and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Participate in the development of supply chain sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
