Job Description

As a Fleet Supervisor, you will play a vital role in the management of our fleet operations, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. You will supervise drivers, manage schedules, and contribute to strategic planning to enhance operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising all fleet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Conducting performance reviews for drivers and staff members.
  • Developing training materials and programs for continuous team development.
  • Implementing best practices for fleet management and operational success.
  • Addressing any customer complaints related to fleet service.
  • Collaborating with external stakeholders to enhance service offerings.
  • Utilising fleet management software to track performance and optimise operations.
  • Preparing budgets and monitoring fleet expenses.
  • Coordinating safety drills and compliance checks.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Diploma in Logistics or relevant field
  • Additional certifications or qualifications in transport management are preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in fleet supervision or logistics management
