As a Fleet Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the operational efficiency of our fleet. The ideal candidate will analyse data to improve fleet performance, manage maintenance schedules, and support operational teams.

Job Responsibilities
  • Review fleet performance data and recommend operational changes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for fleet services.
  • Manage documentation related to fleet operations and maintenance.
  • Assist in training team members on fleet management best practices.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance fleet efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and maintenance.
  • Participate in strategic planning discussions for fleet development.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Data Analysis Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Fleet Management Systems Experienced with various fleet management software solutions.
  • Microsoft Excel Advanced skills in Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Teamwork Proven ability to work effectively in team settings.
  • Certified Fleet Manager (CFM)
  • ISO 9001 Certification
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience with telematics systems: Hands-on experience with telematics tools to monitor fleet performance and behaviour.
  • Advanced project management skills: Proven experience managing projects focused on fleet optimisation.
