Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead our warehouse team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities

• Lead all warehousing activities and ensure smooth operations.

• Manage inventory accuracy and stock levels.
• Develop training programs for new employees.
• Assist in scheduling and planning of warehouse activities.
• Act as a liaison between warehouse and management.

• Prepare for audits and inspections as required.

Requirements

Education

• Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

Experience

• 5+ years in warehouse management or supervisory experience
