As a Flight Crew Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our flight crew schedules. You will manage logistics, coordinate with various teams, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations, all while providing exceptional support to our crew members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the scheduling of flight crews, ensuring operational requirements are met.
• Coordinate communications between crew members and flight operations.
• Conduct regular audits of crew schedules for accuracy.
• Support the Operations Manager in logistical planning for flight operations.
• Maintain and update crew scheduling databases.
• Assist with compliance audits related to crew operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for crew concerns and inquiries.
• Implement process improvements to enhance scheduling efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Aviation Management or Hospitality

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the aviation or travel industry.

Languages
